We recognise that every person is unique, has the right to expression, protection, education and environments that support healthy development.  Childhood is the greatest developmental period in a person’s life - neurologically, physically, emotionally and mentally. We provide environments that support an individual's healthy development and learning.

We value the community

We bring people together, build and connect communities. We embrace diversity and equality by recognising that every person is unique and offer inclusive environments that cross divisions of age, culture, gender, ability and class.  We do this practicing respectful group dynamics and relationship skills.

We value the environment

Everything we do considers our impact on our environment and our ability to work sustainably. We provide the foundations for connecting people and nature. Our environments, materials and projects are carefully selected considering purpose and waste.

We value integration

Everything we do impacts our environment at many levels. We provide settings that support integrated development at the levels of self, social and ecological understanding.  Developing an integrated system starts with us, how we work together and by being in tune with our surrounding environments.
